"Was prompt on calling and coming to check out my heatpump. He had to replace it and did it the next day. He is knowledgeable and hard working, stayed late to finish the job, so I would have heat. Would hire him again if I needed anything fixed. ....."

"Customer service was excellent. Quality of work was excellent. And they were understanding and knowledge about the job."

"Second Nature Home Improvement did a fantastic job for us. Owner Tommy Jones is extremely knowledgeable on all things painting and remodeling. His crew arrived right on time and got right to work. They painted all the baseboards, door facings, some walls, bedroom closets, and also repaired drywall and cracks in the walls. They covered all my furniture and cleaned up after they completed the work! They knew I had a timeline and worked hard to finish early! Such a nice and respectable crew. I highly recommend Second Nature Home Improvement!"

"Very professional and pleasant - felt comfortable around them. Felt estimate was high for the job, but I chose to pay. Have no complaints about the work. Will use again."
