I called the sales person who designed my kitchen and told her what I wanted. In a couple of days the installer came out and measured the cabinet so they could order the trays. The trays came in in about a week and the installer returned and installed them.
Michael was the tech and he said he had to wipe the computer clean and re-install windows. I gave him my back-up disc so that he could re-install all my info, pictures, files, etc. When I got it back, there were no files from gmail. Called again and he told me to bring it in again. ...

Guys showed up really had no clue except for a sheet a paper with little information. They area the guys were going to work on would create huge dust I warned then earlier it would be overwhelming worse than drywall. The equipment did not even have a bag to filter fine dust so it just sprayed everywhere. Im not talking light really heavy dust everywhere. Chad refused to supply dumpster even though was on his bid paper when confronted about it he backed out of the contract. House in complete mess an everything just backed out an quit."
