"Was able to remove the garden hose from the hose bib, even with the bit of galvanic corrosion that made it hard to do so. The guys also looked at the hose bib from inside the wall and saw that the pipe burst during the winter; they replaced that as well."

"Everyone, from the receptionist to the plumbers, was completely professional and friendly. Barry and Cody arrived when they said they would and called beforehand. They removed my old system and put in the new water filter and softener efficiently, cleaning up all of the mess. "The installation guys put drop cloths down over my carpet from the entry door to the inside HVAC unit to keep from getting my carpet dirty. The installers were polite, professional and worked hard; never stopping to take a break. They cleaned up everything and did a great job. Tim Griffin sold me the unit and he really knows his stuff. He thoroughly explained which unit I should buy and why. He answered his phone every time I called him with a question. Excellent customer service from Tim Griffin (engineer & sales) and Carlos and Jeffrey (the two installers)"
