"Rory came to my home and found that we did NOT have termites. In fact, the damage was caused by a different pest (powderpost beetles), and the beetles themselves were gone, so no need for treatment. This was after another company quoted me $1,000 to treat an active termite infestation. I ALWAYS trust a business that tells me I DON'T need their services. "When I first called Terminix, I got a call center and they tried to sell me a yearly plan saying that they do not provide one time service. Eventually I spoke to someone who sold me a single service. Price was similar to other exterminator services. Had difficulty coordinating a service time."
