Queen City Pest Control LLC

I had been out of the hospital for 10 days from open heart surgery....everything I needed had to be kept at counter height so that I could reach it.  The ants invaded and stayed, we tried everything over the counter and nothing kept them away.  I called Queen City around 10:30 am on Friday morning asking for a possible estimate on services.  Tracy answered the phone and promised me someone could come by same day.  I explained about my surgery and that my dog would need to be put outside right before they came because she was too heavy for my to control (and gets VERY excited with visitors).  She gave me a time frame and said they would call right before getting there.

The service guys called about 20 minutes before promised time frame and said they were about 10 minutes out.  Eddie and Joe arrived and came in to check out the main problem areas, which were the bathroom and kitchen.  They both talked to Cinder enough to get her calmed down and they were still keeping focused on their job.  They not only checked the kitchen and bathroom, but check the other floors' bathrooms, and the basement area.  They then went outside and found the 1000's of ants that were nesting in two places outside the wall to the kitchen.

Eddie gave me an estimate, and said they had the time to do the work right then if I wanted.  It was amazing to have someone come WHEN they said they would, DO what they said they would, and then offer to get it done immediately.  I was even able to all into Tracy at the office and give the credit card information so that I didn't have to worry about having money out of my account with a check. 

When done, Eddie and Joe both gave Cinder some pats and scratches and made sure I was okay with everything.  Would definitely hire this group again if needed.

Same day effecient service as in 2009.  This is the go to company for us without any doubt to remove wasp/yellow jacket nests etc.  We will call them for any other pest control if we ever need it.  They have a customer friendly attitude.  Simple quick service, reasonable price, job done!

Mr Collins treated with pesticide,, looked underneath the nest and treated the back side as well. Cautioned us to stay clear of the area for a couple of hours and said that should solve the problem. If we saw any more bees in the morning to call and he would return the next day but he didn't think we would. He was right, the problem was solved.
