WVPM does my regularly-scheduled lawn care, has transported my personal property and riding mower from my old abode to my new home, has power-washed my home and was complimented by my neighbor for the beautiful job, routinely removes ugly shrubs and overgrowth near my property, and has hauled away rubbish.
