I had issues with some small space heaters blowing the main breaker which made absolutely no sense to me. The breaker was recently inspected by Fairfax county after a renovation that was recently done which makes me wonder how closely the county actually looked at the work (they also missed the fact that the guy didn't put a p-trap in the new bathtub drain). He understood exactly what I was telling him- he opened up the box and immediately figured out what the issue was - stuff not being tight and too much exposed wire on one of the main hot lines. He knocked it all out in about 20 mins which saved me some money. I can think of several things that another less honest company could have pushed me to buy, but Jake just did what needed to be done. The problem I had is now gone. I told my contractor not to make these mistakes at other houses that he does. Now, I'm not sure if I should send a note to the Fairfax county asking why their inspector didn't tell my contractor to correct this. Another note - the website that they have is really nice. It is so simple, and a lot of services that they do are priced out - you can buy them right up front. I'm not sure why other companies don't make things simple like this. They are 100% digital, too. To pay for the service, I just swiped my cart on the phone and signed. There wasn't any old paper invoices where you rip off the top copy and have this nasty looking pink paper lying around the house. They sent me a text receipt and email. As a tech worker, I thought it was cool how they used square.. it's really simple and easy."
