I have been a maintenance person and handyman for 4 years now. I got my start in Washington state helping low-income properties remain in working order. I was also a pest control professional in Washington and I know how to tackle just about any problem you might have. I've built chicken coops on utility trailers, decks, fencing, a chevron fireplace veneer, and furniture. I've repaired water heaters, fridges, microwaves, sinks, ovens, ranges, washing machines, dryers , light electrical systems, drywall, light plumbing, and more. My wife and I moved back to West Virginia to be closer to our families. I love this kind of work and would be honored to be hired for your next job.

Seeing a rat or two isn’t uncommon, especially in mild climates. That doesn’t mean they are actively a danger to your home. The problem is when you start seeing rats regularly in your yard, there’s a good chance they are also looking for ways to get into your house or other buildings. All they need is a small hole or gap, and they have a new place to nest -- which is bad news for you. Stay cautious if you start seeing rats in your yard all the time. 

If you spot a wasp nest on your property, call a professional exterminator as quickly as possible. The longer you wait to call a pro to remove the wasps, the more you risk a painful sting. The concern is elevated if you or any family members are allergic to wasps or bees—the sooner you remove the threat, the better.

While the occasional spotted lanternfly insect may find its way in, it’s highly unlikely that spotted lanternflies will lay eggs and eventually infest your home because they prefer to live outdoors.
