None of the others could even compete with Grogg's Plumbing Co. The two servicemen that came for the job were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, through and cleaned up any mess at the end of the job. If we have the need, we will definitely be calling on you for any repairs. I wish that you had local resources available, (Clarksburg), but am more than pleased with the service work, and service men that did the work. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
