"Roofing was installed however the clean-up promised with the contract was lax.  Roofing removed from the job completed in July was not removed from the yard in September.  I contacted the contractor the weekend of September 5th and was old they would look at their schedule to see when they could come and pick it up.  Now it is mid-September and it is still there.

Chet's Construction came in took down the fence and redid all the work including the gate. The fence is now sturdy and straight. The gate works great.
