"I started this process working with Jason when he came out to give me the original estimate. From the very beginning, he was courteous and took time to listen & answer my questions. We had several issues we were wanting to take care of & I liked the fact that this company was able to do ALL of the work we were needing done. They even helped us get our roof replaced after a wind storm had caused damage -- they took the time to deal with our insurance and get it covered for us. Shelly, in the office took the time to stay in contact with me and was always so friendly. The waterproofing they did needed to happen in multiple locations on our property, the crew worked like a well oiled machine & got it done. Not only do I know it works after a storm came through, we are thrilled with the look & quality. They also reinforced a wall in our garage that had been compromised due to the water issues. This wall is not going anywhere now! The crew has cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis leaving the work area as clean as they found it that morning. The crew was the same group of guys each day & they worked well together & stayed on task. We plan to have more work done next year, looking at a small addition & bathroom, we will definitely be calling Tommy, Shelly & the Alltek crew when that time comes."

He showed up when he said he would and worked late into the night on a Saturday to replace a broken water main that had been damaged during the ice storm. The repair required digging under concrete and dealing with a difficult main line situation, but he hustled the entire time and worked efficiently to restore our water. He returned Sunday morning to finish everything up and made sure the repair was completed properly. What really stood out was his work ethic and dedication to getting the job done right. "All Piped Up will be my new go to for any plumbing projects or issues I have from now on! The owner Travis is kind, knowledgeable, and very thorough. We decided to remodel our basement bathroom. We wanted to change the location of the sink, install a new toilet, and install all new water lines to the shower that was leaking. Travis was quick to respond. He came in evaluated the situation and gave us a very reasonable quote. He was very thorough in explaining what work needed to be done and he did exactly that.
