Told me they were on a job but would come after. When Juan & Cameron arrived, they were very professional and went right to work. Had our clogged drain issue resolved in an hour. They cleaned up after themselves and left us with a working drain! Canâ t say enough positive things about these guys! They are young men with a very strong work ethic and enjoy what they do. I am a young business owner and brand new father! I have worked all over the construction industry from a young age and became a licensed plumber before I finished highschool. "The gentlemen were very polite and respectful. They came out the same day for an emergency (a severely clogged drain), which was very much appreciated. However, the problem was not solved, despite assurances that it was. A second company came out and found a piece of an old plumbing snake that had somehow been stuck in the pipe, which was causing the clog. The second company believed that the piece should have been able to be detected (and removed) by Sewer & Drain Specialists during the first check, as it was very large. I am not a plumber, so I can only go by what they tell me. I hate leaving anything but glowing reviews, but it is also important to note when things don't go quite so well, to hopefully avoid the same problem in the future, as it did end up costing double what it should have to fix the problem and almost a week of extra time without working toilets/showers/etc."

"I called them when I was out of town to repair a sewer backup, or so I thought. They came promptly when they said they would and my neighbor explained the situation. Jason snaked out the line and ran a camera through the pipe at which time they discovered the line my washer and two sinks were connected to was the storm drain and not the sewer. Jason came out the next week after I got back to town and ran the lines to the city sewer line per code. Excellent work. He even moved my washer up to my garage where we had decided to place it. He did a very neat job. I also called him the following day to repair a copper line that had leaked in the past, unrelated to the previous day's work. Very efficient and fast. He came within the hour to do the work."
