I have over 10 years experience and truly love the job I do and my father has over 30 years. Between the both us nothing is impossible. We have a set eye on detail to give your home our absolute best. Your house need a total make over look no further. Our specialty is metal roofing but we offer such a wide variety of work. Just to name a few shingle, rubber roofing, siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, decks, and flooring. We take great pride in every job we do. "Four years ago I had updated my fiberglass showers to tile and glass but had non stop leaking issues after only one year which resulted in a lot of wasted time & money trying to find the source of the problems. I found TK Contracting and we decided to tear it all out and start over which was the correct move because we found the source of the issues. TK was conscientious of the finished tile work but more importantly I have peace of mind knowing the underlying structure is waterproof and built correctly this time as they explained and communicated to me what they were doing and why. If you are thinking of hiring them you will not regret it."

"I had had a seamless metal roof installed as well as what ended up being a deck replacement instead of repair as well as bridge between decks. I was on a set budget due to getting a loan to cover costs and Wade was extremely helpful in helping me figure out to plans to fit what I could afford. He and their office manager Ashley were super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Two different crews came to my home, one for each project and both were friendly and polite! Issues had came up with both projects, that would have sent me way over budget but the owner Edgar talked to me about different options and when it came to keeping me on budget with the roof and when the deck was much worse than we thought had gone above and beyond to stay true to the contract and with helping with my budget and what I was needing/wanting. I would 100% choose them again and will be when time comes for more projects!"

"I am sure that all positive reviews for this company are fake. Nothing that was promised to me was delivered. My siding project is still ongoing for over 1 month. Was told that it would be done in week. Had one rain day. They have system like this: 1) sales person who never installed anything he will promise you things that obviously are not true, 2) crew that is subcontracted but not Gunner, mine was driving for over 2 hours away, 3) person who oversees the project but has little control over anything, no supply, doesn't know the crew, crew does not listen to him, main office does not listen to him, 4) main office does not reply to you. They just tell me to talk to project manager who has no control. So you understand that if there are any issue you are on your own. Quality or work is not good. Many times I had to point to the crew what's wrong, planks are broken yet they were still installing it, caulking is done they way that I can do it better, they cut wires to awning etc"
