The original estimate was not changed due to my house having an ancient type of foundation that precluded them from cutting into the cement floor for the tile drains. The alternative was sheeting applied to the walls with a "guttering" type baseboard that collects the water and gravity drains it to the sump pump. " hollow plastic baseboard is installed along the base of basement walls to form a drainage channel that directs water to a sump pump system. "I started this process working with Jason when he came out to give me the original estimate. From the very beginning, he was courteous and took time to listen & answer my questions. We had several issues we were wanting to take care of & I liked the fact that this company was able to do ALL of the work we were needing done. They even helped us get our roof replaced after a wind storm had caused damage -- they took the time to deal with our insurance and get it covered for us. Shelly, in the office took the time to stay in contact with me and was always so friendly. The waterproofing they did needed to happen in multiple locations on our property, the crew worked like a well oiled machine & got it done. Not only do I know it works after a storm came through, we are thrilled with the look & quality. They also reinforced a wall in our garage that had been compromised due to the water issues. This wall is not going anywhere now! The crew has cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis leaving the work area as clean as they found it that morning. The crew was the same group of guys each day & they worked well together & stayed on task. We plan to have more work done next year, looking at a small addition & bathroom, we will definitely be calling Tommy, Shelly & the Alltek crew when that time comes."

"THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH STARS IN HEAVEN TO SAY HOW WONDERFUL MR. ADKINS AND HIS CREW WERE TO US!!!!! OnJuly 1st. There was a very bad storm in Mason Co,. And we were without electricity for 7 hours. During that time the loss of power ruined our bladder tank in our well house. My husband and I have been using a well that his family dug probably in the 40's when they built the house. We have been without water since July 1st. So we decided to put in city water. We paid for the tap and the city of Point Pleasant water office said for us to find a contractor to install the line. They said " just go to a hardware store and they will probably know of someone who can do it." We went to 2. No luck. A lot of contractors are swamped with work and we were told it would be weeks before they could get time to do it. So after much prayer God sent Mr. Adkins and his crew!!!!! There are not enough words to describe the great level of professionalism and the quality of work is nothing short of perfect!!!! After describing our problem, Mr. Adkins moved his schedule around and placed us on an emergency status and came here at 9 am and by 4pm I now have running water in my home!!! IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE ANYONE ELSE!!!!!!!"
