"Horrible. First phone call was told my compressor ordered. 3 more phone calls to check status of compressor. Was told would get call back. Never did. Drove to business. Was told nothing could be ordered until I signed a form. Why didn't they call me and tell me I needed sign a form. Another month without AC?."
