"The whole process from start to finish was very professional and pain free. I was very impressed with Josh Gilley, my project manager. He knew exactly what needed to be done to resolve my water draining issue. I was also very impressed with the two workers Josh's company sent out to do the work. They too were professionals and did an awesome job. I'm very happy the way it all turned out. Would HIGHLY recommend this company to any and all. The price was also very competitive and fair. "Excellent initial consultation with Ryan M. Careful COVID-19 prevention measures. Thorough and knowledgeable explanation of all options. Provided a quote that did not change throughout the entire process. Scheduled an installation appointment about 6 weeks later. We requested a change order that was dealt with expeditiously. Installers arrived on at the day and time as promised. Jon B. and Chris G. were professional and skilled. Demolition debris had to be removed by carrying it throughout our entire house and when finished, they left everything immaculate. Job involved a significant amount of demolition, re-routing of plumbing, addition of walls, water proofing an existing window, and installation of a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. Again, professional in all aspects. Would hire again in a minute."
