"Overall, the work they do on the basement is fine. They were a little rough on several bushes I had out front and the lawn, but did fill low spots with dirt and seeded. They did nothing with the bushes. Showed up to do the job when they said. I was stood up two times by Brad: the first time on the initial estimate and the second time for a walk through just before starting the job. I confronted Brad on not showing up and blamed it on being busy with other jobs (didn't have a cell phone?). The job was started on a Monday and was to be completed the following Friday. They couldn't pour concrete because of rain. Brad wanted to be paid in full before the concrete was poured. I was reluctant. Brad then said he would pour even in the rain just to get paid on that Friday. I ended holding $1200 until the following Tue when he did pour the cement. The work they do is fine. Promptness in returning calls or showing up for appointments is poor. But a triple A+ on collecting the final bill."

He pointed out other masonry repairs needed and also indicated his team would try to fix one porch pillar without completely replacing it [as another contractor insisted had to be done]. The work was completed in one day, the problem pillar repaired instead of replaced (major yay!), cleanup nicely done!!!
