"You cannot go wrong at all picking this company for your concrete work. The work that they did for us was done to the highest standards. This is a very good company with very high standards. If you’re looking for a true craftsman for your concrete work, this is the company to get, for sure. The finish on the concrete work was amazing. Well above our expectations. "They did a poor job. Within 3 months, plants started growing in between the asphalt. The company refuses to come fix it and is adamant it is done correctly against seal coating companies saying that it is poorly done. I was informed to seal coat the aspahlt within 3 months/in fall, and the driveway didnt last that long. He refuses to give me the terms and conditions to the "warranty" on the driveway despite several times asking. He only picks up responses to getting paid and accepting work. Also do not view the "estimate", it is a trick to get you to accept their work. Communication is difficult with this company unless its about giving them money. Would not recommend."

"I originally contacted Jay Cope of Abate Retoration. I had water coming in my basement from a crawlspace and basement windows, that I had another party attempt to fix. Adrian and Jay work together. These guys are amazing. The stiuation was analyzed, and quoted in a few days time. I was sold on the service the first day. They also did an encapsulation and covering of 9" tiles on an upstairs floor. They worked super hard and put in long days, as I had an environmental inspection deadline to meet. I would certainly recommend their services to anyone. Thanks so much to these 2 guys and their crew members. After running my own service business for almost 40 years, I am very pleased to have been served the way I did my cusomers."

"Iit has been a year since I had this work done, slow review because I hate to be negative, however, as the weather improved and I have been outside more I constantly see the work so decided to go ahead and review. The positive. Malbork was easy to communicate with, timely and accurate on when and how long to complete the project; hence the 1. The reason I hired a professional instead of DIY, was that they sould have the expertise and contacts to get a grout that matches existing. Bad decision! The chimney work looks decent because it is not ajacent to the rest of the house. The grout used to tuckpoint the wall brick is not even close to a match. I understand as my house is 65 years old it would be hard for exact, but this grout is not even in the same family of colors, and is 5+ shades darker. Where the work was done looks TERRIBLE. I did contact Malbork last year and supposedly they came out to review/fix. Now I will have to pay another contractor to re-do the work properly."
