"Big Dave was a pleasure to work with. In the middle of a bath and kitchen remodel my husband sustained a severe back injury. Big Dave and his guys stepped in to complete the work. They didn't do anything we did not ask for, gave good estimates when we asked for extra things not included in our original contract and made our experience a great one. They created a new wall in the kitchen to hide the tankless water heater, painted it, installed cabinets and a sink. In the bathroom they placed the tub surround, painted and finished installing the vanity. Then we asked them to replace the drop ceiling in a hallway, it was quickly taken care of. We will definitely use them again in the future."

"Stopped by retail store to look around. Store had designer contact me. I met the designer, explained what I wanted. She made a rough sketch of the bedroom closet before she left. She sent me completed sketches for both rooms within a couple of days. Once I approved the sketches, Cal Closets contacted me to set up installation. Installation was done quickly and professionally. The installer cleaned up the area and finished in the time frame."

"Rich Reimer inspected our basement for suspected mold.  It turns out we do not have a mold problem but Rich spent more than half an hour testing our sump pump (it doesn't work) and advising us to get a basement specialist in because he noticed a gap between our basement walls and floor where moisture (and resulting minteral stains) is causing problems.  Rich also noticed roots coming from the drain pipes that feed water to the sump pump.
I expected to pay something for the inspection and advice but Rich refused.  He was extremely professional, knowledeagle and, obviously, ethical.  I would not hesitate to use Rich in the future or to recommend his company to anybody in need of mold remediation.  By the way, Rich was also very good with our wound-up golden lab retreiver!

They got here and went right to work, making sure they got with me on where the boxes and bins would go so we wouldn't have any miscommunication and mishaps. They moved large and small. They even moved a large closet that was built for me with no problem. I really appreciated all that they completed.

Bryan was very involved in all aspects of the project and it was very apparent that he expected quality work from his crew. Panda Properties was very respectful of the fact that this was the sole bathroom in the home, and replaced the toilet daily so it could be used in the evening and weekend. Mary Ann called me during the process to make sure that I was satisfied with the progress and made it very clear that they guaranteed all of their work."
