"Bill was at my house within an hour of calling for water and mold in my basement. He was thorough in explaining what needed to be done and checked in frequently to update on progress and any adjustments that needed to be made. Additionally, he was very knowledgable in providing feedback on where the problem/leak could be stemming from. Once finished with the clean up in a section of my basement, the carpets were cleaned and all of his equipment and materials were cleared out. He even offered to help put things back or come back in the future once the cause of the water was addressed. I would highly recommend Bill's services to anyone looking for honest, hardworking, successful services."
