"Used Mad City to replace our bathtub. The team arrived promptly (30 mins earlier than expected, actually) and completed the work in 8 hours. The crew working on the bathroom was respectful of our home and did a great job. We are very happy with their work. Giving this a 4 star rating because the experience with the sales team was uncomfortable. It’s very sales-driven, like you are buying a car, and after a while it seemed they weren’t going to leave our home until they sold us a new tub. They got the price down to something we could agree on, where we did end up going forward with the sale. This was consistent with other reviews we saw, so wasn’t that surprised. But it was uncomfortable to say the least and would make me reconsider using them for future projects."
