Their windows (including the air and dryer vents) are very high quality and the masonry work used to install them adds to the finished look. We are very happy that we were able to find this company and we now have 6 gorgeous glass block windows. Would highly recommend this company to our family and friends. This tractor functions perfectly and my grass looks like velvet. John is a real expert with all of the equipment he sells, provides excellent service and freely answers all questions. He delivered the new Cub Cadet to my home and gave me excellent instructions in routine maintenance etc. As I was driving it, I really loved the zero turn ability despite having a steering wheel instead of control arms, the ability to keep mowing backing up, and the excellent stability and comfort while zooming around my lawn (zooming only limited by the unevenness of my land). He is knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and patient. We needed a survey of our property so that we could get a permit to put a shed on our property. Since we were new homeowners, we thought it would be a good idea to have a survey anyway so we know what property really looks like. I called Rich and we scheduled the work to be done the next week. The weather was bad, but that didn't stop Rich, he was out there getting the job done. He found the the corners of the property and marked them. Then he placed some reference stakes in appropriate areas so that we could easily visualize certain distances from the lot line. Finally he put all the buildings, other objects, and proposed improvements on the survey. He supplied me with a digital copy of the survey and mailed me 7 copies of the official survey. The whole process was done in a matter of days. After the final documents were sent to me I had some questions about distances which I needed to provide to my builder and Rich provided those to me right away. Not knowing much about the process of getting a survey done, Rich from Cornerstone Land Survey walked me through the process, got the job done quickly, gave me exactly what I needed, and answered all my questions quickly. I can't recommend Cornerstone Land Survey enough. In the first 2 years of ownership we had to hire a lawyer to get the title company used to settle out of court with the land owner, as they never saw that the title was released for the land our home was built on. Then we needed to have the house actually sealed to the basement since mice were infesting our brand new home. They foamed the unsealed areas. Next was replacement of every window in the house as they leaked and we complained of terrible draftiness. One side of the house was resided before we even moved in. Now it has been a few years and we have listened to them telling us the "builders grade" windows are"drafty." Well, the last severe cold snap revieled the real issue. FROST built up on the dry wall along the whole front wall of the house. We chose to pull baseboards off and open up drywall in my son's bedroom closet~in an area where there was a smaller amount of frost. We found that there was a hole in the wall boarding that was poorly glued with construction glue and "covered" with tyvek and then had siding slapped over it. We expect we will find much worse if continue to open up the drywall. The builder said shoddy workmanship is not covered in the ten year warranty. His recomendation was to open up all the drywall and seal the areas with a can of spray foam and repatch the dry wall, He informed us that this issue was not covered and left. We have since attempted to contact the builder and have gotten no response. We also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and have heard nothing from them either. This is clearly a case of shoddy contruction and clearly cut corners. We would really like to see them respond and do the right thing."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/wi/brookfield/william-ryan-homes-reviews-4455172.htm"},"position":8},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"Bill's Land Survey Service","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"WI","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Tom K."},"reviewBody":"Bill returned the call promptly with an estimate. The initial service call was ~ $200, which was deferred. Second call (jet) was ~$500, but was deferred due to failure. Third call was $350, which was charged as they had proper diagnosis but failed to resolve issue. Third crew marked location of collapse with a rock and gave detailed description of layout of drainage system as found by their survey. Roto-rooter offered to dig up and clear the drain, but gave estimates that were concerning and a little bit open ended, possibly in the thousands. I called a neighbor that is in the excavating business, his estimate was not open ended, said it would take no more than a day (6 hrs actually) and, therefore, had a fixed estimate. I gave an average quality rating because their location mark for the collapse was off by nearly 50 feet. The excavator dug an initial hole, popped a snake in, only to determine the collapse was farther down. So the error by roto-rooter resulted in additional dig time, but in all honesty I don't think it resulted cost. I say I would not use them again, I am not set on this. I would be tempted to give them work on interior of house, not sure about bigger exterior jobs. This was our 1st experience (lawn aeration) The service person did a good job and was great to work with. We will probably use Alberts for plowing when the snow flies (and we escape to the land of sunshine).

5 stars isn't enough for what Kurt and Mac's Moving and Storage did for us! Kurt turned what was a huge nightmare into peace of mind! We had to foreclose on a Land Contract and evict our tenant, who turned out to be a hoarder!! Kurt and his guys busted their butts to fill and move 10 x 19...
Can't say enough good things about Andy and his company. Not only is he very personable, but he and his assistant are professional in every way. We also thought that their quote for both the windows and installation was very reasonable for the quality product they provide. I purchased the Big...

FAQs for land surveying projects in South Milwaukee, WI
Land surveying can help give clear guidance on your property boundaries for numerous situations. And in some cases, having your land surveyed is a requirement. Some common reasons to have your land surveyed include:
Planning for construction projects, like building a fence
Locating utilities, such as plumbing fixtures
Settling property line disputes
Creating subdivisions
Meeting mortgage requirements
Selling your property
Land surveying costs about $530 for the average homeowner. However, your total cost could range anywhere from $200 to $1,000 or more. Factors like the size of your property play a significant role in what you pay, but other things like the survey type and the time of year can also impact the final cost.
For example, if you’re looking for a simple boundary survey, you can expect to pay between $100 and $600. However, if you want a more in-depth survey that depicts the elevations of your hills and trees, you can expect to pay between $500 and $1,200 for a topographic survey.
A few different types of land surveys can help determine certain features and boundaries of your property. These include:
Boundary surveys describe the actual borders of a property. These are generally required when trying to get construction permits issued.
Location surveys provide much of the same information as a boundary survey but also include in-depth information about any improvements made to your property.
Mortgage location surveys are usually required by lenders and title companies before financing or offering an insurance policy.
Site-planning surveys are done before applying for building permits and can be issued before any major home improvements.
Topographic surveys provide a formal map of land elevations. It can also describe the location and size of natural features and any land improvements.
Land survey reports provide a lot of helpful information about your property and land. The exact information provided depends on the type of survey you have done, but common information that they can provide includes:
Location of utility fixtures
Clear boundaries and dimensions of your property
General topography
Land elevation information
Confirmation of easements or encroachments
Land surveys don’t technically expire. They do serve as a point of reference and a snapshot of your property, though, so as soon as you make changes to your property (and even if your neighbor makes certain changes to theirs), your existing land survey becomes inaccurate, and a new one must be done. Even if you don’t make any changes to your property, many states only guarantee the accuracy of a land survey for five to ten years.
