Land Surveying
I called on a Monday at 4 PM and the man that answered told me the office was closed, and that I should call back on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday morning and left a message with my phone number. I called again on Wednesday morning and the answering machine told me that it was full and could not take any more messages. I probably would have given a higher rating or not posted here if the guy on Monday had simply not picked up the phone. It's frustrating to talk to a real person and be told to call back and then get no response. I've moved on.

MR. SCHMITT SEARCHED AND FOUND ONE OF THE OLD MARKERS, THEREBY VERIFYING THE ACCURACY OF HIS SURVEY. HE MARKED THE LIMITS OF THE LOT WELL AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT DOCUMENTATION AS WELL AS INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE DOCUMENTATION MAY BE USED. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE HE PROVIDED.
