Staff were very responsive to our needs. They were true professionals from start to finish. The cost of the service was very reasonable! Phil even helped me carry some 50 pound bags of sand to the backyard. How's that for customer service! I highly recommend this company.

Phil went above and beyond to make sure that our survey was accurate and completed in a timely manner. We had a very difficult plot to survey in Wauwatosa and he did a very thorough job. Communication was great. He was very respectful to the neighbors throughout the process. We were very pleased with the quality of his work and professionalism.

Phil was very responsive and had our survey completed and back to me in less than half the time others were quoting. Cost was very reasonable and delivery was excellent. Very professional and I was not required to be there for actual survey. Found that city alley actually encroaches onto my property. Electronic and printed copies provided, too.

Prior to replacing some aging fence in the yard of our new house, we needed to figure out where the property lines were. The prior owner had guessed when putting up the fence (more or less right, thankfully), and we wanted to be sure we weren't crossing boundaries or giving up part of our yard to the neighbors. They were quick and thorough, even though they had to come out 3 different times because the artifacts in our neighborhood were in the wrong places and weren't matching up to the boundary descriptions, requiring plotting half of the block to get the right boundaries down. Stayed within budget and delivered the final survey quickly.

Phil responded quickly to my phone call and despite challenging winter conditions and missing corner stakes, he produced a lot survey very quickly. His price was fair and I would not hesitate hire home again or recommend his services to someone else.

I can't say enough great things about C3E and their surveying work. It took us a while to find a surveyor that met our criterias, but I'm extremely glad we went with C3E. They went above and beyond to address our concerns and ensured we were happy. C3E answered our many questions promptly with great detail. They performed thorough research of the property/area and uncovered a significant amount of facts needed. All in all, I highly recommend C3E and will use them again should the need arise.

Phil did an amazing job! He was on time, and met with us to discuss our concerns. We hired him to verify a disputed lot line and he came out quickly and even though the survey wasn't in our favor he showed us exactly where the line was and took the time to explain. Very professional and very reasonably priced. I WILL be calling him again for our next survey.

Phil responded to my email request for quote within one hour. He then scheule completion of activities within the week. While on site, he interacted with several of my neighbors and was incredibly professional. He followed up with me (I wasn't at home when he completed the survey work) within 24 hours and provided me with a complete summary of his activities. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a lot survey to be completed.
