"Mike, with Floor Shine, was priced affordably, was extremely reliable, and exceeded expectations! I hired him from out of state to clean my elderly mother’s carpets and tile grout. My mom has two geriatric dogs, and SIX cats. Mike stuck to his original bid, despite all the pet stains and odor. He showed up right on time with both his visits to the home. "Mr. Sullivan brought an assistant and they cleaned our Appleton 2-story Victorian home's gutters and repaired a spot damaged by an ice dam in last year's severe winter. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
