"They were clean, taped everything they could down to protect it and left things tidy when finished.. I expect that of any professional paint service but where they excelled was the consideration for my needs. I work 3rd shift and had to sleep in the home while painting was being done, I also needed to have a bathroom available to me at all times so I could get ready for work when I needed to . I expected to hear some noise as they worked but with my fan and white noise machine running I barely heard them at all. They also made sure one of my bathrooms was ready before going to the next one. I mostly communicated through text and email and whatever reasonable request I made was done. They also had a difficult task of getting a very blue wall white again and I was very pleased that they accomplished that. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again."

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Ideally, you will tackle removing algae from your roof during spring or summer when the weather is drier and warmer. Because algae tends to grow during the colder and wetter months, you want to tackle this project before the temperature drops to hopefully keep it from coming back at all.

The best time of year for roof cleaning depends on your local climate, but generally, late spring, summer, or early autumn are ideal. Plan to clean your roof on a day with dry weather and moderate temperatures.

Late spring and early summer are excellent for cleaning off grime accumulated after a snowy winter or wet spring. Summer often provides the necessary dry conditions, though in very hot climates, late spring may be more comfortable. Alternatively, cleaning in late autumn can clear away debris like leaves and branches before winter.

Avoid cleaning your roof when it is cold enough for water to freeze, as this can cause dangerous ice buildup.

Regular cleaning, promptly repairing minor issues, ensuring proper drainage, and using rust-resistant coatings help prevent recurring damage.

Yes, pros use specialized solutions and pressure settings tailored to surface sensitivity.

Soft washing chemicals typically consist of a mix of sodium hypochlorite (or a chemical component of bleach) and water. While sodium hypochlorite and bleach are often thought to be the same thing, there is one small but key difference between the two: sodium hypochlorite comes in powdered rather than liquid form, which means that it’s also more concentrated and more effective from less product overall.
