Bruce came out and measured the deck I needed power washed and stained and showed me color choices. He then setup an appointment with me and his crew actually arrived as planned. They used quality materials. After the deck dried there were some patches that didn’t absorb the stain as well as other spots. I talked to Bruce about my concerns. He came out immediately and agreed that it needed a second coat. The crew came back. I was so pleased with the way this company stood behind their work and wanted it to be perfect. I am 100% pleased and will hire N.E.W. again in a heartbeat."

"Our house was long overdue for painting and siding repair. After power washing, they took the time to scrape down to make certain all the loose paint was removed. Then after one coat of primer, went back over the bad areas with oil base primer to seal. With two coats of premium quality paint, it looks great! John also brought on a qualified carpenter to help fix the damaged areas. They even replaced some roofing shingles for no extra charge. I would definitely recommend Great Lakes Painting!
