Craig met with my adjuster to review the damage and talked me through my insurance papers to explain how the repair would go. His team replaced my roof in one day! I did not want the old skylights so they close them off and installed new drywall in my bathroom ceilings. Craig replaced my bath fans in both bathrooms that no longer worked so now I have working fans. Then his team plastered the ceilings to hide where the drywall was patched, it looks better than new. "I had used Miracle Method a number of years ago in a different house, despite dire warnings from friends that it wouldn't hold up. Five years later, it still looked like the tub was brand new. Subsequently, I had a landlord contract another service for a tub refinish, and that started to peel in 8 months. By a year, the tub looked different from the way it had before the work was done -- but just as bad.
In my new house, the bathtub and tile walls looked really gross. It had been kept clean, but there were rust stains from the enamel being worn off the bottom of the tub, and there were several gouges in the finish along the top. In addition, there was staining where a shower door had been. The tile surround had stained and cracked caulking, and the tiles themselves looked worn. My experience told me that it wasn't worth going with the less expensive company, so I saved my pennies for Miracle Method. I had a ton of questions, and the owner sent me very long and detailed answers before I went ahead and scheduled.The technician was on time to the minute, and when he left about 4 hours later, I couldn't believe how good it looked. If I had another tub to do, I would -- and I have already recommended the company. The one caveat I would add:  if I were to do it again, I'd head to a friend's house or even a motel for a couple of days, until the smell dissipated. It smells like nail polish remover, and I admit to being really sensitive to smells. It didn't help that it was a cold fall day, so I couldn't leave the window open, and it took two days for the smell to be gone. But the end product was totally worth it.

"The job was a removal of a bathtub and install of handicap friendly shower. The communication was top notch. The materials he uses will last forever. Nice heavy materials. No flimsy fiberglass. Job was done in one day and is gorgeous! I would recommend him to everyone I know."

"Bathroom job was done great.Front door installation ,not so much.Total hackjob.Customer had requested a few things for the installation,but was ignored.Then after 4months,door started to work improperly,improperly seal.Called,left msg.no reply,called again months later,as we were out of the country..again,no reply.Eventually emailing us,claiming all calls were screened,never a record of me calling.The usual avoidance tactics.Total waste of money on the front door,and cowardly reply of questioning why contact was being made months after door was installed..because the thing dont work.Of course dissatisfaction is an issue,not even a year elapsed,and a door isnt functioning properly. As good as Anthony was with the bathroom installation,we were suprised by such avoidance of an already overpriced front entry door installation."
