"I highly recommend Mike and Loft Remodeling. Mike contacted me after I had been told by 2 other companies that it was too late in the year (October) to have new windows created in my family room. I had disappointedly decided to postpone my plan until spring and was so happy that Mike did the job, beautifully, within weeks. Mike created new windows in the family room, previously a very dark space, well in advance of the Holidays. Mike was also very accommodating when I asked about an additional, outdoor job which consisted of moving a fence to allow me to let my dog in and out from the attached garage, another project I had been told would have to wait. Now with the snow and messy weather it is so great to be able to spare my family room floor. The projects were done with minimal disruption to the household, were affordable, and I appreciated that Mike respected Covid precautions in and around my home. "Scott came out to our house a couple of times to dial in exactly what we wanted. We went with Watry because they were the only certified James Hardie certified installer in the area.   Our house is barn style house and over 5000 square feet with some unique angles, so we wanted the best.  We signed the contract, gave him the deposit and Scott ordered the material.  When the materials arrived they came out and ripped off the existing siding and gutters and wrapped the house in insulation.  We ran into some weather problems which caused some delays, but not too bad.  He had a great crew come out and put up the new siding.  You could really tell they knew what they were doing.   With the weather delays the entire project took about a month, a little longer than planned, but they kept us informed every step.  Scott and his team do a great job."

"Chris was very thorough as we discovered some mold after the demolition was done. Chris took care of that also which added extra time to the job as he wanted it to be treated multiple times before putting the drywall back up. When we wanted some more sanding done Chris did not hesitate to accommodate us and the outcome was great. Chris also did the painting and made sure we were happy before collecting the final payment on the job. I will be using Chris in the future for an insulation project.
