"The plumber came when he said he would and did a good job fixing my toilet and faucet. The cost of the toilet repair was reasonable, but I was surprised how much the faucet leak cost. It was $170 to replace two valve cartridges, which took about 15 minutes total. I thought that was high. But at least the faucet is fixed now and the job got done promptly."

"Very bad. They told me it was $200 an hour for coming on a Saturday (Emergency basis). They did not tell me about other charges. The invoice read as: labor: $232 When it was supposed to be $200; materiales $2:10 there was not materials used, truck charges $36 Truck charges??? Subtotal $270 Plus tax 13.51 total 283.61. I think it would be nice to tell me in advance of all those extra charges. Took me by surprise all the charges and it tooK the person 5 minutes to fix the issue."
