Cameron and his team are always prompt, professional and cost efficient. We have them come out typically twice/month for cleaning at our stores. Would highly recommend to any businesses or individuals who need professional cleaning performed. Also, about once per year they spray for spiders & insects which is always appreciated and makes a noticeable and lasting difference

Bright Sight is the absolute best! Professional, reasonable, Very thorough. Also they did our gutters & powerwashed our house previously. They are hardworking, fast, courteous, pleasant, honest & dependable. They protected each area they worked around. Moved and replaced where ever necessary . I recommend Bright Sight highly!

I called Cameron again this spring to have our outside windows cleaned again this year. Once again very prompt in his response to my request and we scheduled the date about 1 month later which was my request. Without any call to remind them his crew was here at the time and date set up and the work was once again stellar. Thank you for our crystal clean windows! We will be using you again!

I was very pleased with BrightSight. I was not pleased that somehow someone else got my name and confused me by scheduling pretending to be from BrightSight.. I am reluctant to give my personal information and since this occurred I am reluctant to use Angie's list in the future.

I arrived home a little after the time I was given as to when the work would be done to find it beautifully done with sparkling windows with the invoice in the door. I was very surprised to have the work completed already but since no indoor access was needed, I was pleasantly surprised. I am very impressed by the responsiveness by Cameron to all of my calls and will be looking forward to scheduling his services in the fall once again.

"[Member Name Removed], I am honestly surprised this is the review we received. We came down on our price which we almost never do. I also got a few calls from the crew to see if certain things needed to be done and they mentioned they went through every aspect of the job with you to be sure you were completely satisfied. We also made two attempts to come out and take care of the spots on the siding that we discussed and didn't get a call back till a few days later and were told to not worry about coming back any longer. Have to say that I disagree with this grade you gave us. I also just spent 15 minutes on the phone with you to discuss this review and let you tell me every single issue that came up. When I tried to make a comment and discuses the situation with you, I was immediately interrupted and talked over. So I can say that we tried our best to remedy this job but were unsuccessful. I am sorry but we have so many A reviews on here and that is from doing everything we must to make the customer happy. This is just simply a situation where we are not able to do that. The BEST ever. They actually clean the gutters (not just use a leaf blower) and downspouts. The windows and screens haven't looked this great is years. Please try them. I know that you would not be disappointed.
