I first came to know Josh of JRV Roofing when I needed an immediate repair two years ago due to damage from a squirrel. Josh was the only roofer who returned my phone call, he came in less than 24 hours, and Josh's solution was perfect. The second repair was in January, and it was due to an improperly installed roof and issues at the dormer. I had water coming into a bedroom as a result Josh came in less than 24 hours and fixed the leak. At that point I decided to have Josh install a new roof. From start to finish Josh made this as easy as possible. He communicated with me directly at every step of the process. He explained all of the work to me clearly. The work was done from start to finish in less than a week. The clean up was so complete that it did not even appear that workers were here. The new skylights are beautiful."

"Scott came out to our house to see what needed to be done to stop a leak in my skylight.  He thought he arrived a little late but was actually right on time.  He advise me that it was most likely a seal that needed to be re-caulked.  He advised that if further damage was found he would let me know and give me an estimate.  He had fantastic customer service and I was called before and after the work was completed.  I would highly recommend this company and couldn't be happier with their work.  The price was more than fair for the quality of work his company performed.
