"Todd Szada at Umbrella Environmental was awesome! He recommended that we get our vinyl tested for asbestos prior to any attempt at removal - the logic being that if the material did NOT contain asbestos, there would be no need to remove the material. He promptly visited our residence soon after we reached out and obtained a sample, had it tested and let us know that the vinyl did not contain asbestos and there was no need for removal. He saved us a great deal of money and simultaneously sacrificed additional business to help us. Todd is a consummate professional and we are very grateful we found him!"
"I had never dealt with Marco prior to this experience and he was beyond excellent to work with. His communication was superb, kept me posted on everything prior to the start of the project and during it. He showed up on time for all appointments or early. He even stayed late to finish the job so we could get the air test in before the weekend. The finished product was excellent and he even did a few things I didn't ask for. I would highly recommend him. I would absolutely hire them again. Thank you for your hard work."
"Nearest quote was twice the price. Did a good job and were responsive on questions. Just overall good people to do business with. Did what they said they would for the price they said they'd do it for. Couldn't ask for anything more."
"RRG removed ceramic tile from two hallways, leveled, replaced and repaired the subfloor in preparation for maple wood flooring to be put in place. The reason we called RRG in the first place is because the floor company who was contracted to put in the wood flooring and refinish all our wood floors, did not do ceramic tile removal work. We had seen RRG in our neighborhood on many occasions and we called them to see if the tile removal job wouldn't be too small for them to do. Joe gave an estimate that we accepted and was there on time to begin the two day job. The job turned out great. Joe and his crew were there for two days and left both work areas very clean. This was a very messy job but they built containment blocks of plastic sheeting that minimized residual dust. Joe and his crew were thorough and very professional. If we had known in advance that they did wood flooring and refinishing we would have used them for the entire wood floor replacement and refinishing job. We will use them in the future. "
"The quality of the job was excellent - the team was polite, professional and did a perfect job. There was no mess at all and the work is beautiful. I couldn't ask for a better appearance, but was concerned about the long day the team worked. They started at 8AM and continued past 7PM. I did, however, have issues with scheduling. The owner and I originally talked about an early July completion date and it was the end of August before the job was completed. I sent emails every other week or so to ask about updated schedule since I had purchased a Big Deal for the deck and didn't want it to expire. The cost was also higher than I expected - we went back and forth on estimates as I'd removed my balcony and then - after having it reduced in size by a different contractor - added it back to the job. So I'm a bit confused about final pricing but given the quality of the work, that wasn't overly important to me. The owner did talk about focusing on a smaller geographic area which may help with the overall focus with scheduling and job management. But the work is absolutely beautiful regardless. "

"Scott was thorough and professional in his evaluation and abatement. He is pricy but also competitive in his cost. The work was done well. He likes to explain situations / educate his customers on how to prevent future problems. We wild use him again and recommend him highly. Christine and Jim"
"This was the best construction company I have ever used. Bill the owner was great to work with. He was very open suggestions and easy to work with. His crew was Nick and Terry. They were about the hardest workers I have ever had to deal with. From start to finish this company was great to work with. We could not be happier with the finished project. Everyone in the neighborhood think it is just stunning. Considering our house is over 115 years old the new porch really gave it a facelift. I highly recommend this company."
