I am satisfied with power washing of vinyl siding and concrete sidewalk. NOT satisfied power washing of treated wooden decks. Not clean enough to treat the wood. Had to clean myself. He really should not let people think his machine preps decks for treatment. NOT willing to offer reduced cost.
