The space hadn't been cleaned for a number of years and he was able to remove the grime and moved furniture as needed. I've seen the comments on not using steam...but we didn't have any issues and there's a plus in not having hoses run through an open door for hours."

When we called to request an ETA, we ended up having to reschedule for a later date--after we had already cleared all of the furniture out!"

Made several calls to "national" water clean up companies with no reason. Rich was at our house 2 hrs after we called and his crew was there the next morning. They professionally removed all the big furniture items (tables, beds, sofas, etc.) and even helped to clear random junk from the house and load a dumpster. All team members were courteous, clean and professional. Al's really helped us out of a jam and even worked on a Sunday! I would definitely use Al's again.

"Tom did a great job! He only uses eco friendly cleaners so I did not have to worry about my foundation shrubs. The other companies use bleach which can damage the plants. One of the other companies said they hydro water all the plants so they donâ t absorb the cleaning solution. Really?!. I highly recommend pro roof cleaner and Tom the owner. Tom does all the work himself"
