Excellent friendly service & attention to detail. Fair price for work performed. Very clean and professionally run shop. Steve & crew are honest, professional and will go out of their way to satisfy their customers. I also took my 2003 Jaguar in last year to determine why air conditioning unit was not functioning after I received a competitor's $1,000+ quote to replace the condenser unit. Steve replaced a fuse, road tested the vehicle for a few days and returned it to me with the A/C working.....at NO CHARGE! Like I said, HONEST & PROFESSIONAL!

They were very accommodating to my request to make it as recessed as possible. I drive a wagon and don't want to see a big hitch receiver hanging off the back. They managed to recess it very nicely so you can barely tell it's there and ran all the wires up into the underfloor storage compartment. The whole thing took about an hour. Drove cross country with a heavy trailer with no problems. They are the only shop in the whole northwoods area that was willing to touch my Volvo. I called several other places and as soon as I mentioned the make/model I got a lot of, "well we don't service those here." Never got anything like that from Justin Engineering..."sure, bring it over...we'll look it over." Well, you've earned my business.

They keep a running list of issues that may need to be watched and checked in future service instances. Since I was planning to haul a trailer to Canada I asked for and got a thorough check which turned up the ball joint issue which we had been watching for some time. They obtained Ford parts and did the service on the schedule they promised.

Really well. We dropped off the truck, they looked at it and gave us an estimate. The actual price was $100.0 less. The work was done in a very timely fashion and the truck's ride is back to normal. Quiet and smooth,
