Spent 17k on EverBrace wall and city of Neenah inspector, Ted walked in and looked at it and said he has never seen work like this and did not approve work permit. I am now left with unapproved permit and the company is crickets. Customer service is great before they get final check and leave you will unapproved permit. Do not use sure dry especially if you live in city of Neenah because ted the useless inspector will not approve it leaving you screwed "

On the other hand, water mains usually sit between one and 3 feet below ground. However, they can go even deeper in cold climates to prevent freezing.

You can start the process to set up utilities before closing on a new current property, but most companies won’t turn on electricity or gas until after the closing date. You’ll also need proof of ownership to get things going. The best way to do this is to contact the utility company as soon as possible and keep them up to date on the sale status. We recommend making contact one or two weeks before the closing date.
