We paid money to have the asbestos test expedited, which took longer than the timeline DJK gave me and they didn’t even call me when the results were in. They also made a few errors on the quote to remove the asbestos, and again didn’t seem to care about the timeline they had given me or earning the business from us. I had to track them down any time I wanted information . They did not keep me informed about anything which was awful considering the timeline we are on to move into our house. When I got quotes from a couple other companies for the same service, I learned that DJK are price gougers as they were going to charge me 40% more than the other bids. "We had our roof and siding done after a hail storm in 2022. After a few months we decided to have our roof inspected and there were a few problems brought to our attention. Holes that were caulked over and shingles that were lifting. Our siding also was falling off in places and warping. We submitted a claim, got a phone call that someone would reach out. A few weeks went by and nothing. We reached out to our contractor and he came out and looked at the issues and said it would all get taken care of in March. March has came and went, I contacted the contractor at the beginning of April and he claimed everything was ordered and should be in later that week. Here we are May 11th and we haven't heard a thing. Communication has been lacking and the quality of install was poor."

"Do not hire this company. They did a stucco patch job and it looks like a very amateur job. They were going to stucco over trim luckily I caught that before they finished and they did take the trim off and start over, but had I not noticed it in the process of the job I probably wouldn’t have known until it started to fail. They were supposed to put flashing at the bottom of the stucco where it met the roof and didn’t. Stucco contractors are hard to find but do not use this company."
