If you want a quality home keep looking. Poor quality work, cuts corners, poor communicator, non-responsive once you close and are left with the mess. I closed in April 2019 and I uncover new issues daily. He dug my foundation too deep and I live in the swamp he created on what should have been a high elevation lot. It is mid-August and I am waiting for his landscaper, Alt's Operation LLC, to tear up my yard a 3rd time to try to fix it. Nothing short of a nightmare.
