"Ordering and installation were flawless. The shades took a little longer to arrive but that was not under the control of Kathy's Shade Shop."

"John was WONDERFUL to work with, especially since this was done online and over the phone as I was in Florida having plantation shutters installed in Wi. His price was lower than other estimates, his work was extraordinary, he was personable, professional, and super efficient. He helped me through the process and made valuable suggestions. Can't say enough good things about him and Better Blinds. My shutters are beautiful, getting lots of compliments. Thanks John."

"Aaron did a variety of work for me including installing new windows and kitchen sink as well as some door and vent repairs. Excellent job at a fair price. Very easy to work with and would highly recommend!"

"Plans were well executed and very complete, including redoing the floor plan when I asked to take advantage of the view through living room window.

"Scheduling was good but then there was a mixup and had to be rescheduled. Didn't come during the expected window, but it really did not matter for this purpose or my arrangements. The work went smoothly and was very good quality. The added downspout had to be scheduled another day but was also done quickly and with high quality. I would hire them again.
