SCC provides quality work, and extraordinary customer service at the best value. SCC is owned and operated by Tom Vogler and was started in 2005. With over 1600 cleaning jobs completed by himself, including residential, commercial and apartments, he has no employees and does not sub contract any of the work out. I especially appreciate that he is super organized and keeps his work area tidy and clean as he goes. Pricing is very fair and assume it depends on the work effort. I had the entire lower level cleaned, a sunroom, and also many upholstered chairs and armchairs cleaned. Tom is not one to take breaks and have distractions. He is 100% focused on you and your home. "Worst experience ever! Jon Dodd caused hundreds of dollars of damage to our house and would never admit to do doing it. I have over 30 pics to document the damages when he worked here. When confronted, he would not tell the truth, ever! Knew he put a shelf in wrong but took a chance and did not mention it. (He did admit it later) The shelf fell and broke $300 in wedding dishes. He is NEVER on time. Denied putting the big scratches in our brand new $800 sink. His paint sprayer was bad and leaking, yet he still tried to use it and wasted over $150 in Kilz and got it all over the floor, tracked it upstairs and never cleaned it up. He broke an antique mirror and denied doing it when he was the only one in our house! A job that we were guaranteed would take 3 days ended up taking over 5 WEEKS because he would not show up even after saying he would be there in text, and denied it until I showed him his own text! Stood us up several times. He is an immature pathological liar that I am convinced does not have the ability to ever tell the truth or admit guilt. His last screw up was installing a cabinet door (FINALLY) and stripping out the screws in the bottom hinge. Then telling me it was installed and ran out and drive away before I found it out. I am filing charges against him for all the damages and to get all the overspray cleaned up on all my furniture that he never covered, including $150 for a new internet/TV modem that barely works now because of the overspray that is now inside it. Jon does not have even the simplest of skills, and causes more harm than good. He can not even chalk without smearing it all over! Do not ever trust him!!"

Reds Remodel & Construction is a new company started in January of 2024 solely for the purpose of providing a contracting company that does not job hop or delay with craftsmanship by skilled members of our team so we can specialize in general remodel projects that include demo, siding, framing, drywall, paint, trim, cabinetry, flooring(LVP click together/glue down, tile), privacy and chain link fences, decks and more! We take on all projects start to finish thanks to our team as well as our team of subcontractors for plumbing, electrical and HVAC. We are also willing to work with new contractors outside of our teams to ensure best quality and pricing to fit your needs. Reds Remodel & Construction is new on the market but not new to the job. The owner has been remodeling rental properties since 2020 but finally decided to branch out and take on new customers to fit our growing company.
