+ -1 moreHe did the work in two days by himself. He carried 8 ft x 6 ft sections of fence from the front of the property to the back. Dug post holes in an area with tree roots. He leveled the land for the fence by digging and moving dirt. He worked for the full day and did not leave for lunch. He is a personable, friendly person and charged a very reasonable price.
Description of Work: An 80 foot 6ft high wooden fence put at the back of the property in a wooded area.

+ -1 moreThe work was excellent. It was timely and efficient. This company strives for excellent work and follows through on any problems. For example, at one point the installer was unhappy with the dried surface of one wall, so he sanded it and resurfaced it to his satisfaction. Also, after one year, the grout in the shower floor tiles had begun to crumble. They researched the problem, learned that the retail store had sent the wrong grout for floor tiles, and replaced the floor immediately at no cost.
Description of Work: Built three rooms in a traditional basement: laundry room, sewing room, and office. The estimate was helpful and on target. The work included resurfacing two basement walls and building/surfacing 2 other walls; preparing cement floors and installing vinyl flooring in two rooms and carpet in the third; installing ceiling tiles and lighting in two rooms; venting a dryer. Also remodeled a master bathroom: removed old shower, toilet, sink and vanity; replaced old drywall with new, moisture-resistent drywall; enlarged shower and set tile on its walls, ceiling, and floor; replaced vinyl flooring; installed new toilet, sink, mirrored cabinet, and vanity.
