Filter reviews by service
years ago. Then four years ago they removed it per my request. They
had placed a hole in my water drainage pipe for overflow in the reverse
osmosis setup which they had to plug; therefore, they put a piece of
plastic tubing in the pipe and enclosed the tubing with a plastic plug.
I assumed that they would return my drainage pipe to the way it was
prior to the installation, so I did not think anything else about it.
Then four years later I heard water draining from the plastic tubing
onto my cabinet floor! I called the company and informed them that the
plastic tubing was leaking and they said it was four years ago. I had a
difficult time getting them to come out to repair the pipe; however,
they did when I told them that I will call the plumber and send the bill
to them. They sent two men out and they were very courteous. They
placed a different plug on the pipe which they assured me it would not
leak. They noted my cabinet floor was warped and pulling away. They
took pictures of it and stated the manager would contact me, for I felt
the cabinet floor should not be warped. What I am really upset over is the company manager NEVER called. I
left THREE messages for him to return my call, but he never called back.
I would never return to this company for they do not stand behind their
work and the manager is not willing to talk to you. Very poor customer
service!!! I had my cabinet floor fixed at my own expense. In addition, the pipe has not leaked since they finally fixed that.
