"We had a large Ash tree and several large bushes cut down with all wood and stumps removed. Leo's was punctual, expedient -all work done within 3 hours, with lawn area cleaned up! "Moved to Beaver Dam during summer of 2020 and hired Fiddlers to do snow removal. I have been very impressed with their great service. Stay inside or well away until the storm passes. Don’t go outside to inspect the tree until the weather clears, especially if the tree is on a hill or isolated in a field. A grafted tree is a tree grown by combining two trees. It takes expertise. Branches from grafted trees don’t grow strong roots. Save yourself the time and frustration by having an arborist help you with this advanced project.  

You can often tell if a tree is grafted because it will have a noticeable line. Above the line, the bark will look different than it does below the line. It’s most common with fruit trees.

Trees don’t usually grow back after being cut down. Some particularly robust tree species may start sending up new stems from a stump to recover, but those stems won’t become a “tree” like before.
