"The project went well. Chris and his Son were polite and did a good job. Under the cold conditions they were able to provide a high quality product. The work they did in my garage looks amazing. They were also able to touch up my existing drywall and re-texture and paint to make the whole garage seamless. There were a few minor cracks to the seams that showed up. Chris is going to wait until the weather warms up to come back and take care of them. I'm confident this will be resolved and he was more than willing to address and take care of it. "I am not sure that I go what I wanted. My basement floor is unfinished, and it has a crack in it, so I assumed they  would repair it like the way they repair a crack in a wall, and they didn't. They poured in a crack filler, which runs about 13 Dollars at Home Depot. I don't think it was worth 149 Dollars for a crack filler, and he was here less than 20 minutes. The crack has been filled, but it wasn't what I wanted, and before he did that, he said he would look at the basement and there were 3 cracks but he offered to repair the one on the floor. He could have chosen to repair the crack in the wall for 149 Dollars."

"Outstanding. He and his staff were professional and courteous, and clean. It hardly seemed like anyone had been here once the repair was complete. This work was done after a major rain storm in Chicago (July, 2011) and I was concerned the damage could have been far worse. He was honest and did not attempt to take advantage of my worry financially. The drywall team was excellent also--I couldn't even tell there had been damage; they matched the drywall paint to the existing color that well. They laid plastic tarps on the bedroom carpet, and a plastic barrier up in the bedroom to protect the area.
If memory serves, the mold test took less than an hour and the remediation and drywall repair took about a day. The mold remediation and drywall repair may have been done on two separate days. I can't remember since this was nearly two years ago.
I have had no issues with water or mold damage since that time and would definitely hire this company again.
