"Dave was very professional and prompt. He answered all of questions without hesitation which told us that he has been in the business for quite awhile. "Even though I was late looking to book someone to refinish my deck for the summer, Majic Painting came through and was able to fit me in between jobs. They showed up and took the time to tell me all about my deck -- this is a new house for me and I wasn't sure exactly what I had -- and then went out to the truck and wrote up an estimate in 10 minutes.
They scheduled me for about a week later. Day one was a pressure washing. They made sure to mask off my painted siding and the patio are under the deck. The next day they returned and sanded the entire deck to make sure all the old oil was gone. Since my deck is Brazilian Tigerwood, they couldn't just use stain -- it needed a special application of oil.
They even replaced a few trim pieces that I had knocked off and lost during winter shoveling.
They stopped by a third time to check how the finish turned out and to make sure I was happy.
Overall I can't say enough good things. The deck still looks great. Would definitely hire Majic Painting again.
