Full service construction company. I have regular, trusted list of sub contractors that I work with and most of them have been with me for a long time. Remodeling and additions are my main focus, this is part of the reason I have regular subcontractors, they know me, I know them and everyone knows what is expected. The billing depends on the size and scope of the project, I do collect deposits, but do not process them until the project is started. The purpose of the deposit is to hold your spot in the schedule.
