I inherited a property that had it's share of trauma.  I had no idea of where to start or what to do, I thought I had my work cut out for me. A friend mentioned PLM and my husband remembered their ad on the back of our church bulletin. In one phone call I was told when I could expect help! They do it all... full service cleaning from the toilets to the ice cube trays in the refrigerator. They drywall, paint, spackle, remove carpeting, install new carpeting and flooring.  What ever you need, out with the old in with the new! They have samples of carpeting and counter tops, there's no need to chase all over town.

During all of this activity the one thing that was most noticeable to me was how EVERY employee told me how wonderful their boss is. I felt like I was on an episode of undercover boss. This shows in their work, it pays to surround yourself with great people!

Did a good job, providing 2 layouts to choose from.  Completed design and sent email and snail mail paint and furniture samples in a little over a month from starting the process.  The previous estimate was 2-3 weeks so it wasn't so late.  My only disappointment was the design was not for the complete room.  They told me that the missing area was considered an entry way or hallway and could be designed for an additional fee.  I did not want to pay an additional and accepted their explanation, but on second thought, in my opinion, it isn't really separate.  There is a large archway one-third of the way into the room, but I have never considered it as two separate rooms and no one visiting my home has ever mentioned it.  Every room has an entrance.  I wouldn't call the way to get into a room as a separate room. Other than that, I would say a got a great deal overall.
