Some of the down side was that I has to call for updates on the door status, they did not call to inform me. The salesman was great to work with but he made a mistake when totaling the price and left out a door, so he had to let me know later that the price was higher. Which was after I told the competition I was going with Duncan. That wasn't cool. Then the door manufacturer made the wrong door. Duncan would have replaced it for free but I elected to keep it and have the manufacturer take $500 off the price. The door looks great anyway."
