"Jay is a great guy, very professional and reliable. He is also very good at what he does, he removed the old damaged plaster ceiling and installed drywall. He even recommended and implemented an access panel in the ceiling to access the above bathroom plumbing in case of any future leaks. The leaks are what had damaged the plaster previously. He did a great job and we're planning to have him back for some more repairs. He cleaned up the mess and had plastic down to protect the carpet and floor.
